    Due to the nature of our products, all toothpaste and oral care items are considered personal care products.

    Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

    Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

    To be eligible for a return:

    Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    Proof of purchase is required

    Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    Opened or used toothpaste

    Trial or promotional items

    Clearance or final sale items

    Gift cards

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    Your order number

    Photos of the item(s) and packaging

    If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
